I guess every doctor has different waiting times? We see Katie and love her. We used to wait 2+hours at Nemours for a simple follow up and refills! Now with Katie we wait about 10 min in the waiting area and and are done with the visit by 20 min Which is great! I've never had issues with the receptionists either they all have been respectful and professional. I'm glad we switched my daughter to this clinic.

Reception was pleasant and quick, minimal wait time to be seen by doctor, thorough exam, doctor was forthcoming with relevant information about current condition and what to expect in the future. Every question and concern I had was addressed professionally and directly. Courtney Guerrieri is personable and highly effective. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes feeling all my questions and concerns were acknowledged and answered.

Concerns Regarding Recent Appointment 1/10/24 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. Today's experience was unfortunately marred by several incidents, including a discourteous receptionist and an extended wait time of 55 minutes before meeting with you. The lack of communication about the delays and the rushed nature of our interaction left me feeling overlooked and dissatisfied. Moreover, I was disheartened to discover that my reminder messages were being sent to my parents instead of directly to me. As a 24-year-old adult, I believe my this oversight was not addressed until I raised the issue. This can prevent HIPPA Violation’s in the future. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I was disheartened by the brevity of our interaction. Spending only five minutes in the treatment room felt inadequate, especially considering the time I spent waiting. This left me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a patient seeking your expertise. Furthermore, the manner in which Dr. Spencer looked at me up and down during our conversation made me feel judged and uncomfortable. As a healthcare professional, and a member of Premier Dermatology’s esteemed team, I believe every patient deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and empathy. I employ all doctors to reflect on the impact of their interactions with patients, ensuring that no one else experiences, the discomfort and disappointment I felt during my visit. Compassion and respect our crucial aspects of healthcare, and I trust that Premier Dermatology is committed to upholding these principles. Additionally, if I continue at this practice, I would prefer not to have Dr. Spencer as my MD and would like to be scheduled with only Dr. Hanson going forward. Dr. Hanson, comes highly recommended from Penn Medical and personal experiences from family members and friends highlighting his professionalism, kindness, dedication to patience and effective communication skills. My experience today may influence patients’ decisions, and I hope positive changes can be implemented. Lastly, I want to acknowledge Becky, Dr. Spencer's assistant, for being the only person who took the time to discuss my history, medication, and general health. Her dedication to patient care stood out amidst the overall dissatisfaction I experienced. As a patient who chose this practice based on positive experiences from family members with Dr. Hanson, I expected a higher standard of care. I believe improvements are necessary to ensure patients receive the attention, communication, and respect they deserve.
